Abstract

Through this research paper, we aim to search for the most important factors and influences that contribute to shaping behavior in governmental and private institutions, as human behavior in the organization is affected by many factors, which are: individual, social, organizational, and external factors (general external environment factors, which are: Political, social, economic, legal, international, ecological variables... and special external environment factors, which are competitors, consumers, dealers, governmental organizations, professional unions, means of communication and the media. As these factors together affect the formation of individuals’ behavior, determine and direct their normal and abnormal behaviors during their professional performance, which appears in the extent of their satisfaction with work in the institutions in which they work.
