Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the most important means through which conformity control is realized through the mandatory notification mechanism. As its importance lies in the fact that it is a compulsory control and targets all the text that is subject to notification, as the entire text is subject to constitutional conformity control, and given the constitutional consecration of legal security in the 2020 constitutional amendment, this mechanism of direct mandatory notification constitutes the most important pillars of achieving legal security, given the importance of the texts it targets, such as organic laws, presidential orders, the constitutional amendment law, armistice agreements, peace treaties, and the rules of procedure of the two chambers of parliament. These texts are considered the most important influences in the rise and fall of the index of the realization of the principle of legal security on the rest of the legal pyramid in the country.
