Study of oral expression disorder in patients with Alzheimer's disease in its primary stage

Abstract

    This study aimes to reveal the manifectation of oral expression disrorder in Alzheimer patients his first phase, and to achieve this objective, a purposive sample was selected included four (04) cases, their ages ranges between 68 and 82 years.


 The clinical approach based on case study was relied upon as well as medical file of the case, the method of study was the verbal communication item of Lille Communication Test (T.L.C). This test allows accurate and scientific evaluation of various communication cognitive processes, and also allows for analysis of rhetorical behaviour, the results obtained showed the Alzheimer’s patients suffers from many difficulties at his level of oral experssion from all aspects appears in sppech deficieny disorder the lack of the word, phonological paraphisia, sematic lexical paraphisia, perseverance,neologism.We will try to present the Article in The IMARD manner, that is, by addressing the Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion
