Methodological warnings in making borders and methods of reasoning according to Imam Al-Mazari in Illhāt al-Mahsūl

Abstract

This research aims to study an issue related to methodological warnings as a necessary measure to examine the demands of the fundamentalist lesson of Imam Al-Mazari in Illhāt al-Mahsūl. The research concluded that these methodological warnings intersect in fields of knowledge, the most important of which are: the methodology for making the definition and methods of extracting it, employing the mechanism of exclusive division between negation and proof, and warning about conducting the fundamentals in terms of proving the premises and the method of division, as logical and fundamental tools to work on in building the topics of the fundamentalist lesson. And the way it is formulated.
