Abstract
Relaxation is one of the important psychological skills in sports training, whether for health or performance. Due to its importance in reducing cognitive and physical anxiety and unwanted arousal that can cause mental ill health and decline in performance. After a research process on topics that dealt with relaxation in athletes or in general.
