Abstract

     The human resource in any organization is considered the basic element to carry out its tasks, improve its performance and achieve its goals, which explains the current tendency of most organizations to pay attention to the various circumstances and factors surrounding workers and affecting the level of their organizational loyalty, directly or indirectly. Among the most important factors affecting organizational loyalty, we find organizational justice, this The latter, which is considered one of the important topics in the field of management, due to its direct relationship with a wide range of organizational variables that affect the success of organizations, including organizational loyalty. This study dealt with organizational justice and its relationship to organizational loyalt ،And to find out the nature of the relationship between them, a field study was conducted at the Sonatrach Corporation in the National Company for Research and Production, in the city of Algiers “Jenan El-Malik” in Hydra, and a questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for data collection distributed over 60 workers, and using statistical methods it was concluded that: There is a correlation Between justice in its dimensions and organizational loyalty.
