Abstract

     The principle of pricefreedom as a mechanism for market control under Algerian legislation Particularly competition law, is an imperative of the principles of capitalist regulations, The State does not preclude the possibility of intervening and imposing restrictions on it to achieve the very social realization it has adopted.


Based on this, the axes of this paper were formed to raise this problem: According to the Algerian legislature, when enshrining the principle of freedom of prices, is the control and regulation of the market in the service of economic development?


To become familiar with the topic, the study was divided into basic researchers:


First: Enshrining the principle of price freedom.


Second: Restrictions on the principle of free prices are consumer protection.
