Abstract

      The relationship of science to religion in the Western cognitive system is characterized by conflict and separation, this is the result of the sediments formed in the Western mind by the negative practices of the Church against scientists and scientists, What should be noted is that the separation between science and religion imposed by the Western cognitive system is based on false generalizations, There was no conflict between science and religion, but between science and theologians, and the church which they were protected in their Choking against scientific diligence, The Choking that the Europeans suffered in the Middle Ages by the Church cannot be generalized, and that religion in general is an obstacle to scientific diligence, For any consideration that makes the teachings of other religions an obstacle to science, After the European scientific renaissance established in the Western culture that the transformations experienced by the Western society and The choices he has taken to achieve his scientific renaissance enabled him to be an incubator environment for scientific and cognitive creativity, In this Allegation is a justification for the separation between science and religion, As secularizing science by excluding it from all that is related to religion is the right choice, Many have criticized the Western cognitive system because of the imbalances caused by the removal of religion from science and its confirmation on rational and material vision as sources of knowledge,Against this, there is a need to present an alternative vision based on the integration of science and religion.
