Abstract

Attention to the hadith witness in the rhetorical lesson is one of the issues that has not received much attention, as invoking the authentic hadith of the Prophet is no less important than the Qur'anic witness and the poetic witness in linguistic.

Rhetorical works differ in their inference from the hadith of the Prophet in terms of quantity and in terms of attribution to the hadith. This research came looking at this issue in the Algerian rhetorical lesson, through the efforts of Muhammad bin Mahmoud bin Al-Annabi Al-Jazaeri, and his classification of miraculous investigations as a model, as a prominent science in the Algerian scientific arena during the Ottoman rule. The importance of the research is not limited to the importance of the hadith witness in the rhetorical lesson, but also to the importance of rhetorical authorship in the era of Ibn al-Annabi.
