Abstract

This study focuses on the standards upon which jurisprudence and Judiciary were based in explaining the meaning of the right to privacy, and how some tended to narrow this concept, while others adopted an expanded direction that some of its jurists may relate to limiting the manifestations of the right to privacy or enumerating the manifestations of its violation, while another aspect was created. There is a negative direction in jurisprudence based on giving the right to privacy a concept based on stating the contrast and the concession.
