Abstract

It is clear from the outputs of the large and complex technological developments that our world is going through currently, especially in relation to the techniques of influencing and directing various technological communication media in the fields of media and communication (NTIC), that they have had wide and deep impacts on the cultural, moral and intellectual reality of many contemporary societies and exhausted the values of balance in the social moral system and left profound traces of roots and breaches in the components of values, behaviors, moral orientations and contents of ideas, trends and behaviors of individuals towards what they have of a value balance that is measured by behaviors, and judged on their effectiveness or negativity in determining social balance. And the Algerian society did not deviate from this context and its effects in the fields referred to here, nor did its cultural situation distinguish it with features that show us the existence of a force to absorb the shocks resulting from activating the role of these technological media in our lived reality, thus increasing its danger in influencing and directing and reformulating positions and trends with the widespread use of the Internet.
