Abstract

The science of Jurisprudence on Emerging Issues is one of the sciences that need great jurisprudence by scholars, through understanding all aspects of the Jurisprudence with depth of understanding, ingenuity of adaptation, and validity of inference. Among the scholars who excelled in this science was Imam al-Wansharisi, the sheikh of the Maalikis and the standard-bearer of the school of thought at the head of the ninth hundred.
