Abstract

The study aims to shed light on digital transformation and its role in achieving the effectiveness of strategic foresight in the service institutions under study.


This is done by researching the nature of the relationship between digital transformation through its dimensions (environmental examination, information processing methods, organizational culture) and the effectiveness of strategic foresight through its indicators (use of digital technologies, digital strategy, network relations, digital culture) from the point of view of employees of service institutions. Place of study.


The study data was collected from (68) employees using a questionnaire that included (54) items.


The study adopted descriptive statistics methods to determine the strength of the study variables, and parametric inferential statistics methods to test its hypotheses. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used for statistical analysis of the data.


The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of digital transformation in achieving the effectiveness of strategic foresight in the institutions under study.
