Poetics of the thresholds in the novel "Bab El Tabachir" by Ahmed Saadawi

Abstract

This study is concerned with the approach of the textual thresholds in the novel  " Bab El Tabachir " by Ahmed al-Saadawi, as elements surrounding the narrative text and contribute to the formation of its speech, and this research is limited  to the basic thresholds, as they indicate several meanings and connotations related to the content of the novel, and contribute achieving aesthetics and encourage the recipient to read, enticing sometimes and provoking other. There are tools used by the novelist to attract attention and other  goals that are formed to complete  each other, and relate to the narrative text to add and pave the way to enter  world
