Abstract

This research paper aims to determine the appropriate combination of human resources management elements represented by (recruitment, planning, selection, and training). The Skikda Port Corporation was chosen to diagnose the reality of applying that combination and the extent of the role it plays in reducing organizational conflict. The results were relied upon to analyze The questionnaire was distributed to the study sample to determine the relationship between human resources information systems and organizational conflict to come up with a set of recommendations
