Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the role of the organizational environment in promoting mental health among nurses at Saadna Abdelnour Hospital in Setif. Our study started from the following central question:

Does the organizational environment have a role in promoting mental health among nurses at Saadna Abdel Nour Hospital in Setif?

            To answer it, the descriptive approach was relied upon as it was compatible with the nature of the study, and it was conducted on a sample of 60 nurses. The data collection tool was the questionnaire distributed on two axes: (organizational environment and mental health).
