Abstract

The study aims to explore how Algerian universities enhance students' entrepreneurial orientation through entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial accompaniment. It focuses on the experience of Abd El Hamid Mehri Constantine University 2 and uses personal interviews with those in charge of entrepreneurial accompaniment structures. The study concludes that Algerian universities promote entrepreneurial orientation by offering entrepreneurial education using the entrepreneurship scale to foster an entrepreneurial culture and provide necessary human capital. Additionally, they provide entrepreneurial accompaniment through entrepreneurial houses, university business incubators, and innovation and technology support centers, aiming to equip students with essential knowledge and skills, support their projects, and increase project success rates and continuity
