Abstract

In recent years, with a high economic growth rate, Vietnam has surpassed the threshold of poor and underdeveloped countries, achieving a remarkable accomplishment. The significant role of human resources cannot be denied in contributing to this success. Numerous studies have indicated that the "quality of human resources" is a decisive factor in the success or failure of businesses and the overall economy. The strong development of international economic integration has posed new demands on high-tech human resources in general, and particularly in the field of Marketing. However, the current workforce in the Marketing sector is both deficient in quantity and lacking in quality.
