Marital Conflicts in the Algerian Family Through the Book " Al-Durar Al-Maknūnah fī Nawāzil Māzūnah "

Abstract

     This study aims to shed light on the issue of marital disputes and conflicts within Algerian families, by highlighting the reasons behind them, including instances where spouses or one of them face coercion, deception, violence, poor treatment, or disagreements over financial matters. The study also examines the resulting reactions from the spouses themselves, as well as the family and societal environment. Additionally, it explores the role of religious scholars (fuqaha) and their contribution in resolving such conflicts.
