Abstract

     The current study aimed to know the difficulties facing university professors in achieving the quality of teaching performance from their point of view, by answering the following question: What are the difficulties that hinder the achievement of quality of teaching performance among university professors?
This study required the use of the descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve the goal, the study sought the opinions of a sample of (20) university professors in the departments of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at M'sila University, who were chosen in a cross-section, during the first semester 2021/2022, and the half-interview was used as a tool for data collection , And conducting dialogues with them in three main axes: the first axis: about the university professor’s perception of the concept of quality of teaching performance, the second axis: about the difficulties that hinder the achievement of the quality of the teaching professor’s performance, and the third axis: it was about ways, and suggestions that enable Bl those difficulties, and the achievement of quality in teaching performance from the perspective of  university professors.
