Abstract

This study examines the relationship between family functioning, functional psychoses, and the emergence of schizophrenia in individuals. The FAT test was used to diagnose the case and determine the family functioning of a schizophrenic patient, including boundaries, interactions, and alliances within the family system. The main objective of this research is to address the following question: Does family functioning play a role in the development of schizophrenia in individuals? Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that family functioning does indeed contribute to the emergence of schizophrenia, with a significant impact and influence on this relationship
