Abstract

     This study aims at identifying the corruption and efforts of a group of countries in the fight against corruption and the methods and procedures of combating it in each country and what are the different treaties, commitments and international organizations that are working to combat this dangerous phenomenon which affect the economies of countries and their security and stability. We have addressed the concept of corruption, its manifestations, causes, effects and mechanisms in a number of countries, as well as various treaties and obligations among States to combat this dangerous phenomenon. We have finally come up with a set of recommendations to root out this phenomenon through a variety of methods and procedures.
