Abstract

The protection of biodiversity from the risk of abuse and exploitation is a thorny topic that has resonated in the international community and domestic legislation as it is necessary in the process of environmental and natural balance ", especially in the era of globalization and biotechnology, which would naturally lead to an imbalance in the ecological balance process in the absence of legal controls, Livestock in all its varieties is one of the most attractive areas of this lasting development through the exploitation to which it may be subjected by legitimate or illegal means, such as the exploitation of poaching leading to extinction or any sabotage of these fauna, which has led the international community to conclude many international conventions, including Algerian legislation, in order to preserve such livestock
