The relationship of the school environment with the educational return of the educational institution -a field study in Batna primary schools

Abstract

The objective of this field study was to investigate the relationship between the school environment and the educational return of the educational institution from the point of view of teachers and managers. The study sample consisted of 238 teachers and directors, to whom a two-part questionnaire was applied: (management of the school environment and educational returns)


The following conclusions were reached:


The level of management of the school environment in primary schools from the point of view of principals and teachers has been moderate.


The level of school earnings in the school environment is moderate.


The value of the relationship between the two variables: the management of the school environment and the educational dividend has reached the field of study (0.35).
