Abstract

The term "communicative Competence" did not emerge directly from nowhere, but was the result of real developments and serious research. Perceptions of linguistic communication as the subject of linguistics have had a significant impact on the dynamic of linguistic communication in the field of education. This has led to parallel educational approaches that interact with linguistic theories and benefit from their grants in order to create an effective and active individual capable of solving problems in society. This is only to move beyond traditional and structural approaches to functional educational approaches such as
competencies, textual approaches and communication approaches, What impact does the interaction of linguistic theories and educational approaches have on a learner's communicative Competence ?
