Abstract
Financial inclusion is one of the modern concepts through which countries seek to meet the current needs of society in a way that
guarantees the achievement of benefits and their access to fragile groups, and the economy of the countries of the world is trying
to absorb the concepts of sustainability in light of the trend towards its number Its support, and since the human element is a
cornerstone and the way to achieve any goal, the presence of a suitable human capital is suitable and qualified to support these
mechanisms and methods of transition to digital banking services, and this made us highlight in this study on electronic training
and its role in improving and marketing banking services in light of financial inclusion .
