The Rhetorical Secrets of the Cosmic Verses in the Holy Quran

Abstract

The relationship between revelation and interpretation is really a relationship
between words and meaning, so the revelation was accompanied by a statement every
time, and the interpretation movement did not stop at one era or one interpreter,
indicating the miraculousness of the Book of God, which is the lasting miracle, to
achieve the purposes of the Book itself, which was approved and endeavoured to
establish it. One of the rules of tafsir and tafsir is to achieve the purposes of the book
itself, which was approved and sought to establish them, including reaching the
understanding of God's intention in a way that achieves the understanding of the intent
of the addressee on the one hand, and on the other hand highlighting the face of its
miraculousness.
Therefore, this research was looking into the secret of this book in one of the
aspects of miracles, in the written verses of God indicative of His visible signs, so the
research was on the cosmic verses in terms of the scientific miracles they contain, and
how the language of the revealed book, the Arabic language, absorbed it through the
ages, making those verses valid for diligence and explanation in every age, as each
interpreter performed their understanding as they could, indicating that their secret was
in their eloquence.
After the research, we concluded that the eloquence of these verses in terms of
the choice of their words, indicating their meanings, fulfilled the purpose of the Book of
God in signalling the miracle of His cosmic signs at all times.
