Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of special education programs provided to children with hearing impairments through a field study conducted at the Baraki School for Hearing-Impaired Children in Algeria. The research analyzed the impact of both traditional and innovative educational programs on students' academic achievement and social adaptation, focusing on the role of teacher competency and the availability of technological resources in improving learning outcomes.
