Abstract

To ensure the proper functioning of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data and to build trust within the state's apparatus, members of the
Authority must adhere to rules of honesty and professional integrity. This obligation is of high importance, as penal sanctions are generated for acts that
obstruct the work of the Authority. To advance this aim, Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018, was legislated to protect individuals about their personal data
