Abstract
The genesis of human languages is one of the most controversial and contemplative questions in the humanities. From early times, man sought to explain how language emerged as a means of communicating and expressing thoughts and feelings. Language is also a hallmark of the human race, combining innovation and flexibility, which we do not find in others, making it an essential tool for building civilizations and transmitting knowledge across generations.
