Organizational values and their relationship to the quality of higher education for the administrative professor A field study at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf _ M'sila

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational values
and the quality of higher education among the administrative professor, as the
study included a sample of (63) administrative university professors and the
questionnaire was relied on to collect information. The results of the study
indicated a strong correlation positive statistically significant in light of the
values of: management management, task management, relationship
management, and this means the fulfillment of all partial hypotheses and it is
clear through these results that organizational values have a relationship to
achieve the quality of higher education, which was confirmed by the general
hypothesis between organizational values and the quality of higher education .
