The Role of Administrative Judiciary in Protecting Public Freedoms: Associations and Political Parties
Main Article Content
Abstract
Freedoms are privileges granted to individuals in the face of the administration, which possesses the authority to issue administrative decisions to serve the public interest. However, the administration may misuse its powers, potentially infringing upon freedoms and causing harm. In this context, the Algerian legislator has provided guarantees to protect individuals' freedoms, ensuring respect for their rights and defense of their freedoms. These guarantees include adherence to the law, the principle of equality, and judicial oversight. This article examines the role of the administrative judiciary in protecting public freedoms, specifically focusing on associations and political parties.
