The title of the study is "The Five T" and its relationship to the performance time of an enterprise's workers. Tersam. Patt.Algeria and its objective is to try to detect the differences between the realized arithmetic average for the use of workplace organization skills and the hypothetical medium for responding to this measurement tool in workers at Tersam. Algeria, and to reveal the nature of the relationship between workplace management skills and workers' performance time at Tersam.
