Organizational values and their relationship to the quality of higher education for the administrative professor

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational values and
the quality of higher education among the administrative professor, as the study
included a sample of (63) administrative university professors and the
questionnaire was relied on to collect information. The results of the study
indicated a strong correlation positive statistically significant in light of the values
of: management management, task management, relationship management, and
this means the fulfillment of all partial hypotheses and it is clear through these
results that organizational values have a relationship to achieve the quality of
higher education, which was confirmed by the general hypothesis between
organizational values and the quality of higher education
