The authority of the sentence and its effects on job discipline
Main Article Content
Abstract
The research in the relationship between the disciplinary lawsuit and the criminal case arises when the violation attributed to the employee constitutes a disciplinary violation, and at the same time involves a criminal crime, which results in the possibility of moving both disciplinary and criminal lawsuits at the same time. Despite the similarities between disciplinary and criminal responsibilities, it must be emphasized that independence exists between them. The one verb can constitute a disciplinary violation and a criminal crime at the same time, although the disciplinary lawsuit is independent of its nature, procedures and goals from the criminal case.
