Main Article Content
Abstract
This study focuses on the compliance of national public assets with competition rules. We have looked at the management and exploitation of national
properties with the aim of clarifying the extent to which the activity of exploiting national properties is subject to competition rules without conflicting with the
exercise of public authority powers. The importance of this study lies in the enrichment of the academic and research perspectives on the issue of competition
law regulation of production, distribution and service activities, including those carried out by public entities.
