Abstract
Modern legislation has approved the phenomenon of economic concentration as a new emerging concept in law in general and in the field of competition law in markets in particular. Considering that Algeria is one of the countries that seek to achieve economic development and impose the rules of free competition, in order to push commercial companies and economic institutions to occupy a position of strength within the market and the ability to compete with large foreign companies, this is only possible by relying on the forms of economic orientation provided by the Algerian legislator in the field of competition law .
