Abstract
This studyexplored the methods of teaching freestyle swimming skills to young novices aged 6-8 years. The experimental design of the study was meticulously crafted to accommodate the distinct learning capabilities of this age group. A cohort of 45 participants was distributed across three experimental groups to ensure a robust comparative analysis. Physical evaluations were conducted to ascertain the participants' fitness levels, while technical proficiency in freestyle
