Psychology between the Crisis of Terminology and the Chaos of Translation.

Abstract

This study comes as an important scientific attempt to address one of the major problems faced by psychology in all its branches, especially in clinical
psychology. The latter relies on very precise technical, medical, semi-medical, and neurological terms that also carry cultural significance. This often collides
with a real crisis in translation, depending on the background and intellectual orientation of the translator, resulting in a multiplicity of terms and a lack of
consensus among specialists, let alone among the general audience.
