The Role of Smartphone Applications in Enhancing Customer Relations

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the role of smartphone applications in enhancing customer relationships through various dimensions (reliability, ease of use, security and confidentiality,and social influence). An applied study was conducted on a sample of users of the Baridi Mob application in the Wilaya of El Oued. The descriptive-analytical method was employed to collect data. To achieve this, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 120 individuals from the population, with 100 valid responses retrieved for analysis and processing using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
