Abstract

When we consider that teaching Rhetoric is problematic, it is actually related to Arabic education in general, which needs a reconsideration and a vision in
harmony with contemporay linguistic, critical data and utilise the findings of educational linguistics as a science that employs theoretical data in the functional
applications of the educational and pedagogical process. This is what our study titled: The Problems of Teaching Rhetoric in the Light of Modern Linguistics
(Towards an Educational Discourse that achieves Understanding, Taste and Communication) aims to analyze.
