Abstract

Aftercare for those released is one of the most important correctional programs called for by societies and states. It has been embraced by societies, approved and adopted by states in their various penal legislation. The aftercare stage for those released is considered a complementary stage to the entire correctional process. Releasing the prisoner and throwing him into society without follow-up or care. The individual will inevitably fall into a world no less dangerous than prison, which specialists call the release crisis, and this may cause the individual to relapse, causing him to return to the world of crime again, so he will return again to committing the crime.
