Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aimed at appraising how Adrar University teachers treated knowledge and discovering whether there was any
difference in importance in knowledge management in relation to demographic and occupational factors. We conducted
descriptive statistics and analyses of variance to test the research hypothesis. The findings of the present study demonstrate that
teachers have a strong knowledge management process. Knowledge management capabilities did not vary with the demographic
and occupational characteristics that these samples of teachers were making.
