Abstract

The most important challenge is to move towards alternative means of resolving disputes such as conciliation, mediation and arbitration. Mediation is defined as a means of settling disputes that seeks a friendly settlement of the conflict between the parties, explaining the strengths and weaknesses of each team and trying to bring them closer together through individual or joint sessions.
