Creative leadership among educational supervisors (a field study in educational institutions in the city of Djelfa)

Abstract
The purpose of the study was to identify the practice of creative leadership among educational supervisors working in educational institutions in the city of Djelfa, by focusing on the level of creative leadership of educational supervisors and the extent to which the level of creative leadership of educational supervisors in educational institutions varies according to gender demographic variables, age group, occupational seniority, the curriculum has been used, The study community may be of all educational supervisors in some of the municipalities of Djelfa. The study has resulted in an average level of creative leadership in the study sample. In addition, there is a high level of sensitivity to problems, as well as an average level of distance from continuing the trend towards the goal. The study also resulted in a lack of statistically significant differences in the level of innovative leadership attributed to the gender and age groups. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences in the level of creative leadership attributable to the change in professional seniority for the age group over 40 years.
