Abstract
Terrorism is considered a very complex, multifaceted phenomenon that knows no national borders. Despite the efforts of countries at the internal level
and those deployed within the framework of international cooperation, it remains a difficult phenomenon to combat, for many reasons. the most important being the difficulties encountered in drying up sources of financing for terrorism.
