Abstract

Psychological resilience is a fundamental element in achieving social well-being for individuals in general and teachers in particular. Numerous studies have
emphasized the significance of psychological resilience and its role in mitigating psychological stress. This study aimed to investigate the differences in psychological resilience among middle school teachers in Adrar Province based on their educational qualifications and years of experience.
