Maritime infiltration as a means of illegal migration
Main Article Content
Abstract
The number of infiltrators who surreptitiously sneak into ships for the purpose of escaping has increased at a dangerous rate, as surreptitious cruising into a ship is considered a means for an individual or group to cross their State's borders to reach their destination by infiltrating cargo vessels or persons or taking other avenues such as working on the port for the purpose of clandestine and unlawful flight without passing through passage centres and passport section and may be of military and economic infiltraction.
