Abstract
The world has moved towards the realisation of sustainable development goals in order to guarantee the right of present and future generations and to stand against all obstacles such as corruption, which has increased its intensity in the modern era, especially in developing countries that suffer from high rates of poverty, unemployment and ethnic conflicts. In addition, the absence of democracy and good governance, which led to creating a suitable ground for corruption to spread in all forms and became one of the most important challenges facing the sustainable development process in the world, especially developing countries, and is considered a demolition of all efforts made.
