Abstract

This study aims to try to introduce an Algerian military revolutionary figure, that he is Colonel Mohamed Chaabani, who is considered among the most prominent leaders of the sixth historical state during the liberation revolution, and the responsibility he assumed for the historic sixth term, in light of many challenges, stakes and counter-revolutionary movements, both from the side. The Frenchman or other movements, and he does not exceed the age of 25 years, was the youngest colonel Algeria knew who was able to give support to the revolution on the military and political levels. The discovery of oil increased a greater transformation for the region and became the most controversial and different issue on the negotiating table. Several important points, and an understanding of some important facts and events in his life, from knowledge of the intellectual and political paths that refined the personality of Mohamed Chaabani to his graduation in the revolutionary leadership,to the rank of a colonel, and his positions regarding the events that Algeria experienced after independence and the hopes that his life reached.
